After faithfully handing out parking tickets for 20,000 years, alien invaders from outer space tell the Last Meter Maid that her employer, the Oregon Department of Transportation and Spirituality, no longer exists and that she is a robot, not a human. Outraged by these comments, she embarks on an epic journey to prove her humanity and protect the remnants of organic life on her planet.
